I loved the cleanliness of the King Room, Disability Access. it felt fresh and well-kept. Having a Starbucks right in front was a huge bonus, especially since I enjoy my morning coffee. The indoor pool maintained a good atmosphere for relaxation. Breakfast offered a good variety. I especially enjoyed the pancakes and yogurt options. However, the coffee served at breakfast truly disappointed me. it tasted bitter and wasn't enjoyable at all. Additionally, the room's outlets were limited, making it tricky for charging multiple devices. I'm used to having more flexibility with modern technology, so an upgrade in that area would really enhance the experience. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were personable and genuinely helpful, which made a positive impact on our stay.

The musty smell in the room was off-putting. It was frustrating to find broken vending machines on both floors. The elevator breakdown forced us to climb stairs to reach our room on the third floor.

Everything met my expectations.

We had a wonderful trip to the nearby Fork Union Academy for a family gathering. The kids loved the pool and our large breed dog was made to feel welcome, which was a huge plus for us. The hotel was very clean and cozy, and the staff was accommodating.

My children wished the breakfast options were expanded.
